The guaranteed
number of people must be called into our office 1 week before your function
Payment is due at
the time of the banquet. We will charge for
the guaranteed number of people or the number of people served (whichever is greater),
however the minimum charge will be for no less than 15 people.
A $50.00 late fee
will be assessed for any banquet that begins 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
